It is always an emotion and a joy to extract a clay object from the oven that has finally become “terracotta”. With its basic reddish color and bright glazes that convey warmth, beauty and ease of use.
All the pots are in fact made with natural Tuscan clay, a fully recyclable material that allows the heat to be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the pot, while maintaining the flavors and properties of the cooked food unaltered. Arcucci terracotta, allows homogeneous cooking with the right humidity, is scratchproof
and thanks to a refined design, it allows you to serve the cooked dishes directly on the table. Terracotta is an excellent conductor of heat, allows energy savings and if used at a low temperature it allows you to cook excellent risottos. In the Patatiera you can get delicious potatoes cooked as on the grill, without adding liquids to the benefit of the flavor, in about 40 minutes the potatoes with their peel roast perfectly and just wait to be enriched with aromatic herbs and a drizzle of oil.
Suitable for use on flame, electric plate and oven. We recommend the flame-breaking net on the gas stove. Before use, it must be immersed in water for 12 hours before first use. Avoid thermal shock.
